A postpartum doula will provide education and support to families as they adjust to life with a newborn. The postpartum doula will share evidence-based information on topics including but not limited to infant feeding, infant soothing, and postpartum recovery. Light meal prep and light housework included.

Placenta Encapsulation Services
Our placenta encapsulation specialist will process your baby's placenta and encapsulate it into placenta pills. Anecdotal evidence sugests that ingesting placenta pills can help lower incidents of postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety and may prevent iron deficiency. Some people also report improved sleep with the use of placenta pills.

Childbirth Education Class
MINE-R-T Doula Company offers a holistic approach to physiological birth. The childbirth education class provides a comprehensive look at the labor process. Our instructor will review the signs of labor, stages of labor, and demonstrate comfort techniques. Participants will learn about birth inside and outside of the hospital environment. We will discuss common interventions and review their risks and benefits while also providing information about alternative approaches to care. We will spend time discussing birth plans as well as postpartum plans. There will be a focus on thoughtful decision-making and remaining in the moment.
