We help expectant parents find resources in the community and make sure they have the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions about their care. During labor, doulas guide couples through each stage of childbirth, ensuring that their wishes and desires are heard.
Greetings! I am Tawianna and I am a trained Birth Doula in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. This path of becoming a Doula chose me long before I came across the profession of being a birth worker. My purpose is to nurture, inform, and empower you so that you can create a plan to have the birthing experience you desire. I am here to get to know you and your family, and help support you emotionally and physically throughout this journey of ushering in new life. I look forward to building a relationship, and providing you with the resources to make this a smooth transition. My professional background includes attending North Carolina Central University-BA Public Administration, which led me on a service mission to serve young teen mothers, and becoming a mentor with Young Professionals Organizations. Becoming a mother myself is what sparked a new passion to serve new parents through the process of pregnancy and birth. I am currently completing my certification program through Birth Arts International.
My services currently include Birth Doula packages, Belly Binding, and Breastfeeding Support. I look forward to working with you and your growing family!

Hello, my name is Stephanie Rodriguez and I am a trained birth doula who services the Concord/Kannapolis area of North Carolina. I am very passionate about co-creating safe birth spaces, decolonizing birth rooms, and building bridges within my community.
birth and postpartum doula, breastfeeding counselor
Hello! My name is Tia Diggs, a Birth and Postpartum Doula as well as Breastfeeding Counselor. I am a wife and mother of 4 girls and a baby boy. Coming from a military upbringing as both my parents are Air Force veterans, I have lived in Charlotte a few years. My academic background is in accounting and finance with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting, but my heart’s passion lies with supporting growing families as they transition to parenthood. I came to birth work after years of supporting friends through their pregnancies and various infant feeding journeys and experiencing my own births in hospital and birth center settings. I realized how much of a need there is for overall genuine care, support and compassion for families before, during and after birth and how much I truly enjoy being a source to provide that support. My goals as your doula are to support whatever decisions you choose to have the birth of your desires, help you find the power that already exists inside of you and be a source of education for your inquiries. A person’s birth experience can have a lasting impact on their lives and I strive to make sure my clients feel supported and respected mentally, physically and emotionally. This is a special time and I would be honored to take that journey alongside with you as your doula.
Hello! My name is Tashona. I was born in sunny Florida and raised in the wonderful state of North Carolina. As a 10 year military spouse I've moved many, many times and am thrilled to have landed back at home in North Carolina.
I believe strongly that I was created to help, serve, and care for others so that they can fully do what they were created to do. After becoming a licensed massage therapist in 2013 and specializing in women's wellness, my passion for the prenatal period led me down the path of becoming certified in Fertility Massage (for both partners), Prenatal, Labor, and Postpartum Massage, and Infant Massage instruction. These massage certifications are what introduced me to birth work and now I can't imagine doing anything else.
