Cuarentena is steeped in rich, indigenous traditions. Each session is focused on postpartum healing and includes herbal baths, womb steaming, traditional massage with oils, herbal teas, belly binding with warming oils. Sessions are aimed at promoting healing following childbirth. Each session lasts 3-4 hours.
